Poland goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski joined West Ham United on a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee from Swansea City in June 2018, before winning the Hammer of the Year award at the end of his first season in east London. Capped more than 45 times by his country, Fabianski won the Ekstraklasa title in his homeland as a 20-year-old before moving to the Premier League with Arsenal in 2007. After lifting the FA Cup following his final Gunners appearance in 2014, the Kostrzyn nad Odrą-born stopper moved to Swansea City, where he spent four seasons.
